Three steps, then a careful drying plan
We use commercial hot-water extractors that inject a low-residue solution and pull it back along with the dirt. The fabric stays wet for hours, not days — important in our humidity.
- Step 1: dry-vacuum all loose dust, dander and crumbs
- Step 2: spot-treat stains with an enzyme pre-spray
- Step 3: extract with hot water at 80°C for deep lift
- Air-mover deployed to speed drying and prevent musty smell
- Optional fabric protector spray (Scotchgard-equivalent)
- Antimicrobial finish for mattresses, dust-mite focus
A 3-seater fabric sofa typically takes 45 minutes and is touch-dry within 2 hours, fully dry overnight.
