Started by a building manager who was tired of complaints.
Pristine Edge began in 2018 when our founder, a former condo building manager in Ampang, kept fielding the same grumble from residents — "the cleaners came but it doesn't feel clean." He spent a year shadowing crews, rewriting checklists, and replacing equipment.
What grew out of that was a small full-time team that now numbers twenty-four cleaners, six supervisors, and a small office in Wisma Pelangi. We've stayed deliberately mid-sized: large enough to handle a 300 sq-metre office overnight, small enough that every client speaks to a person who remembers their building's lift code.
