1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp containing the date, time, address, scope, and total price. Verbal arrangements alone are not binding.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable service taxes. For residential bookings, payment is due upon completion and sign-off, via FPX, DuitNow QR or bank transfer. Corporate clients on net-14 terms are invoiced at month-end with the next invoice due fourteen days from issue.
Where the actual scope materially exceeds the quoted scope (significantly larger area, deeper soiling than represented, additional rooms revealed on arrival), the supervisor will discuss and agree the revised price with you before commencing the additional work.
3. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the premises during the scheduled window. We reserve the right to leave a site, without refund of any travel-time fee, if our crew is presented with unsafe conditions (structural hazards, biological waste exceeding domestic norms, behavioural risk to the team).
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Inside the 24-hour window, a fee of 30% of the booking value applies. No-shows (no access provided at the agreed time) are billed at the full amount.
5. Our liability
We carry public liability insurance up to RM 2 million per incident. Where damage is caused by our crew's negligence, we will arrange repair or replacement to the equivalent value, subject to a written claim raised within 72 hours of the visit. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage, fragile decorative items not explicitly identified before the visit, or wear-and-tear consistent with the cleaning method we agreed to use.
6. Subcontracting
We do not subcontract residential or office cleaning jobs. Specialist work outside our scope (high-rise external glass beyond two storeys, deep AC servicing) may be referred to identified partners, who will quote and invoice you directly.
7. Confidentiality
Every member of our crew signs an NDA covering anything they observe on your premises. We will never share photos of your home or office externally without your prior written consent.
8. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — including floods, government-mandated lockdowns, public health emergencies, or sustained loss of utilities at the premises.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
10. Updates
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page on the date of your booking confirmation.
