This notice describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and related Malaysian regulations.
1. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a clean, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect: your name; contact number; email address; the unit address where the service is to be performed; access instructions (lift code, parking notes); and any specific cleaning preferences you choose to share. For invoicing, we collect billing details, including company name and SSM number where applicable.
We do not collect MyKad or passport numbers. Payment details are never stored on our servers — transactions are handled by our bank or third-party payment processor.
2. Why we collect it
We process your data to: prepare and send quotations; schedule and dispatch cleaning crews; issue invoices and receipts; respond to your enquiries; follow up on quality and feedback; and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only the minimum data required with the cleaning supervisor and crew assigned to your job (name and address only). We share billing information with our accounting firm and tax authorities as required. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records that don't convert to bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking and invoicing records are retained for seven years to satisfy Malaysian tax requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.
5. Your rights under the PDPA
You may, at any time, request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of incorrect data, withdraw consent to further processing, or ask us to delete data we no longer need to retain. 6. Security
Customer records sit on encrypted storage with two-factor access for administrators. Paper records (quote sheets, sign-off forms) are kept in locked filing at our office and shredded after six months.
